Well everyone, I have reached an agreement with the client.
He acknowledges that I put considerable time & effort in this project, even if it didn't work out. I realize that he didn't get what he contracted for.
We agreed that I would pull all his contacts out of SQL and batch load them into Google Contacts, which I did last night. No more money changes hands at this point.
Problem solved.
