Assuming this table is opened under the same alias as its name, the code will be
LPARAMETERS tcTableName

if used(tcTableName)
>WITH This
>   .edtNotes.Value = evaluate(m.tcTableName + ".Notes")
>ENDWITH
endif
You may also add a check for Notes field existence.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
