No problem Dmitry, Glad we were able to sort it out. For anyone wondering here is what we did.

Tools Options under Solutions and Projects there is a check box to "Always Show Solution" That was cosmetic but got rid of the confusion with no solution.

Then right click on project and go to properties and found the project was set to run in IIS with the path of c:\inetpub.... We just set it to run on the file system.

all is well.
