I have built several forms where I linked two tables, and then on the form used a grid to show data from fields in both tables. This seems to work just fine. I now need to link a third table (parent, child, grandchild - so to speak) and do the same thing, pulling data from the three tables and placing the data in one grid. For instance, I have an invoice detail table. When the inventory code is entered, the system shows the description of the inventory item in the grid even though it isn't actually inserted into the invoice detail table. This works just fine. Now I need a "style" code to do the same thing, linking the inventory item and an inventory style code. But when the grid refreshes, it displays the correct style code, but the same style description over and over. What am I doing wrong here?
