because datetime can store fraction of second,
and conversion is not exact.
use ROUND() when compute
clear
y=DATETIME()	&& HH:MM:SS,RANDOM NEAR ZERO
z=(m.y-DTOT(DATE()))*1.000000 && show fraction
? m.y,m.z
RETURN
