>I do not see OnTextChanged when I look at a TextBox in VS 2010, nor in VS 2008. Did I miss something?
You won't see it on the property sheet, you need to click the little lightening bolt at the top of the prop sheet to switch to events. ( the icon to the left of that takes you back to properties )
Another way to get to it : on the code page of the form, find the textbox on the left dropdown, then find the event on the right dropdown.

Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.
-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
