>I have an application object too. But for the purpose of having a connection object values "global" I created a public object ConnectionManager. The main thing is I now understand how to reuse the same connection to the server.

See my previous message

> The only other thing I am not clear is if the 'ADODB.Command' object should also be references to a "global" property of application object or ConnectionManager object and should be created at the top of the application too. If you have any input on that, I would appreciate it.

I'm not sure what you're using it for in CA but I don't see why it should be global.

> Also, since every CA uses .DataSource = CREATEOBJECT('ADODB.RecordSet') do you create this object ('ADODB.RecordSet') also one and reference in the application object?

No. This object belongs to a particular CA.
