Thank you very much, however...

How does this resolve what is a windows issue, I believe? When you right click on a foxpro file, like a menu/screen/project etc. and the select Open With, for me 3 options appear. 2 are identical, text and icon, the third say VFP9 and a bright orange fox icon. I guess what I'm asking is how I would use these icons to get the different ones to be used so they would show up in the Open With menu.

Thanks again for your suggestion.
Mike

>Whil Henzten created icons for the different versions. They may do the trick for you. Get them at http://www.hentzenwerke.com/download/zdownload.htm

>>In the windows shortcut menu in explorer, when I click on a VFP related file, I see three fox icons. 2 are identical, one is a brighter orange. The text is exactly the same for both. (Right click on a file, select Open With - I see three VFP options.) The VFP9 one is the brighter orange one so it opens with VFP9 if I want. Also it states that it is VFP 9.0

>>Does this make any sense? I am getting annoyed when I need to open a file, and open it with the wrong version of foxpro. Especially if I'm testing an app.
