Elevated Priviledge is a Vista/Win7 issue where even if you are an administrator, you need additional rights to do certain things and will be prompted to elevate if it's a WIndows thing. With SQL Server, if you need elevated privledges, things will just fail with an error message.

>But if i understand it correctly, it just allows SQL to re-create the table from the Database Diagram. So, if there is any data, it is probably history.
