Thanks

In overall, I think it is important to show activities from those involved on the site. We have too many sites out there where we cannot even talk with the site owners, or worst, get support. Take Facebook for example, I have been waiting for two months to get a reply to a request which I sent in various ways after that, discovering that they were not answering. It also took me a while to find where to go to send an email for support.

Those sites are so big that they are doing whatever they can to restrict their members from communicating with them. On the long run, the users suffer from that approach.

I had the same experience with Google. A while ago, when we were working with the Geo stuff in SQL Server, I was also using that with the Google Map. Nowhere on their site was I able to send an email to talk with someone. It was just a bunch of FAQs and so on.
