>Ok, I see. It is from the Windows environment and not within Visual Studio. I ran devenv /setup and that ran for about 60 seconds. Nothing happened and nothing was shown on the screen. I went into Visual Studio and was not able to see the project. So, I ran devenv /InstallVSTemplates. It does the same for about the same time. I went into Visual Studio and it is still not there.

Do you have the same problem on another computer where you have VS installed?
