Firewall perhaps?

>I hav an app that connects to FTP servers and uploads and downloads files daily. This works fine in many locations. Trying to implement in new location with no success. When trying to connect using exact same code, to one of the FTP sites that is used daily, InternetConnect always returns zero. InternetOpen works and gets a handle.
