I remember this, but sadly I do not recall the resolution. I think Sergey posted it some time ago. I do not have search capabilities, but you do so I recommend searching the UT for a post on this subject by Sergey or Naomi... Sorry I couldn't post a resolution myself, but the weekends are usually a little less populated here so I thought I should at least recommend the search... search for the installer issue...
