Thanks for the reply. I do have the data entry as a drop down that is data driven, but I also have user rights on the action and not all can see the dropdown. I guess I could make it dropdown and use the user rights for update, but the mouse over seemed like a better feature.
I think I am going to do what Naomi suggested.
