You can buy a product called ReFox. I think it's available from Hallogram (http://www.hallogram.com. It isn't perfect, but it works pretty well. It will recover things like procedure and variable names, but not formatting or comments. For VFP you may get your original method codes from classes and forms if you haven't stripped the source code out of the VCXs and SCXs.
