It looks like that was at least part of the problem. I've been accessing UT from the dropdown list of the address bar (basically, the history list) and it shows www.levelextreme.com against the UT entry.

However, I manually typed in the entire address ( http://www.levelextreme.com ) in the address bar and it's been working fine ever since.

My cookies now look the same as yours, except they don't start with "www.".

>>I'm still getting the double logon required, and no numbers in the UT toolbar. Notifications are delayed; if I have new messages when I log on to UT, I don't immediately get audio notification. I get it after I click on the "get new messages" toolbar button, even if I've read and deleted all the new messages in the interim.

>>At one point I deleted the FireFox UT cookie to see if that would help (it didn't). However, I noticed that for a while after that, FireFox was showing no UT cookie, even though I'd been in and out of UT at least once.

>>I'll try attaching an image of the FireFox UT cookie: no go, requires a subscription.

>>When I look at the cookie on my computer there are 4 subentries:

>>levelextreme.com LevelExtremeSession
>>levelextreme.com LevelExtreme
>>levelextreme.com LevelExtremeSession
>>levelextreme.com LevelExtreme
>>
>>Can someone who's having no problems using UT with FireFox report the composition of their cookie?
