I do not have any other browsers; and at the moment I would not like to add anything else.
Yes, it could be some plug-ins, it was the very first that I tried to uncover. But I could not find anything added or suspicious.
I guess there are some settings regarding keyboard layout specifically for IE, but I was not able to find anything in the registry that would draw my attention.
