You have to be in the proper place where you have correct rights to create a file. I clicked on C:\Temp and was able to create a file.
>In Windows 7, from Explorer, when clicking on New, we cannot any longer create a file. We only have the option to create a folder. Has anyone found a way to create a text file from it?
