>Time to go read up on User Access Control (UAC) in both Vista and Win7. Just because you are an administrator, doesn't mean you can do everything without elevating your privledges. Deleting or placing files in the Windows or Program Files folders is one of the things you need to do. Perhaps the easiest way to get this this way:

>2. Type in Explorer in the search box (do NOT press Enter)
>3. Right-click Explorer in the list of programs that is displayed as a result of the search
>4. Select Run As Administrator from the context menu.
