>When I install the SQL Server 2008 Enterprise version, at the Product Key screen, where the product key is already entered, above in the Specify a free edition, I have an option Enterprise Evaluation. This option is disabled but it says at the top that this is good for only 180 days. This is a full SQL Server DVD. So, I do not understand why it is an evaluation version. Is there something I am missing?

I think it should not concern you. Probably Evaluation version and Enterprise version is the same install. If you don't have a key, you'll check up the other option and it'll install evaluation version.

I'm just guessing here (as I installed Developer's version), but it sounds very probably cause.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
