The issue has been resolved. Suddenly, it started to recognize the three outputs. I went into Catalyst Control Center, did a disable on something, and it started to work. Then, I was able to do it all from Windows itself. I didn't even have to go into Catalyst Control Center.

Combined with that, my HDMI 3 Game port of the Panasonic was broken. So, when I switched into HDMI 2, it started to show it immediately. I even sent a video and all is ok. This is a 80 feet cable travelling across the entire house. So, the PC can now control that monitor.
