Boris meant that if Perc> 100, the second case will evaluate to true and therefore the grade will be A.

If you write the first condition as Perc >= 80, 'A+' instead of between, then you will get A+ for everything greater than 80 even for imaginary cases of 110%
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
