In the message I referenced I posted that function. Copy it, create a prg, name it FieldsToString, then open your table and run it (I don't remember parameters, make sure to use correct one) and then the structure of the table will be in the clipboard.

Basically, it's a little utility I wrote using afields function.

There is much nicer utility in Downloads section here by John Koziol called LS.
