Using VFP8SP1

One of the fields in a report is a memo fields (returned from a text field in SQL Server). The field has about 1/3 of the report space allocated to it on the report and is set to stretch. Basically it works correctly it works correctly with the exception that there is always an extra line under the last of the text when it prints. Field field value in the report is:

ALLTRIM(RptData.CaseComments)

I have checked for CR & LineFeeds at the end, but there aren't any. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this or if anyone has some suggestions.
