Right-click on the tab. Close All but this.

>In VS 2010, when we are in a project and have several opened .vb files, the X to close them is next to each tab location at the top. So, we have to close it by moving the mouse close to the tab header. In the previous version, we were able to close it from the right. So, no matter how many opened files we had, we were able to click several times at the same location and that would have closed the current opened files. Now, in VS 2010, we have to move the mouse at the precised location where the X is (and that varies from the length of the file names), so we cannot any longer close all opened files fast.
