I have a VFP exe called appends.exe the first line of which is to minimise the screen - I am running this as a scheduled service every 5 minutes but the app flashes across the screen before minimising

So how do I run a scheduled service minimised? I have tried running a batch job which runs the app - that still shows briefly on the screen

Any ideas?
