"New" is not initialized and does not appear in the call stack.

I use a single modeless form as my application background. It is called from the main prg (with a read events following) and in it's init calls a menu. I have called this second modeless form - Do form NewForm name New. "New" is not initialized as a variable, and does not appear in the call stack, and cannot be closed by either of Naomi's routines. If I make the form modal, it is initialized as a variable and appears in the call stack, but of course I cannot close it from another form because it is modal.
