Go to Setup/Forums, scroll down - this forum right after Microsoft SQL Server forum. Mark it to be included in your list of forums. Perhaps you may need to re-log into UT after that.

As I said, the forum currently has no traffic, but you may start asking questions and hopefully people who have that forum in their list will see your questions and answer.
