1) Price too high
2) No monthly subscription option (there used to be)
3) No discount for the economic downturn (other sites and businesses have lowered their rates or provided incentives)
4) No free month for a year subscription (an example of an incentive to subscribe for a year)

That's all I can think of. It's still an excellent site and the .net forum is getting more postings so it may be something I will consider in the future again.
