Well we took 226 American bound planes under our wing and folks took in the passengers and looked after them until they could go home and several fire departments sent trucks and crews. And there were those lights that someone put up. Blood donaltions etc. I was going to send a nice fruit cake, but then I thought . .. naw. :)
