In the case of CC:MAIL, there is an IMPORT.EXE
that could turn text files into messages. SO I
generate those text files from the dbf and
call IMPORT.EXE (by night maintenanace or
by batch file).

A neater solution would be to called the Windows
API with which I am not familiar.
