>Will the inclusion of the Level Extreme .NET Framework in the subscription be worthwhile? This is a 4-year R & D development and full blown .NET compliant framework for any .NET environment related Web site and application development. Would this be a motivation for non subscribers to subscribe? That would include unlimited downloads for any new version.

It could for some. You would most likely run the same risk Kevin M does in that folks may subscribe for one year only to get the knowledge invested in your framework (take the pieces/code they want and make their own) and then not resubscribe (however it may well prove financially worth that risk and given enough subscriptions). However, it may launch into something bigger than the UT itself - especially after adding support forums for the framework here. Would the license for the framework only be valid as long as the UT subscription was valid or only risk not getting updates if they don't resubscribe? That may be a drawback because some folks may not want to use a framework in prime-time that required a subscription to another product/website.
