Searching for "FISCAL.OCX" I found a post that had the same error message I had.

I don't know a lot about a lot of things. I don' know much about "Administrator". I thought my only account in Windows 7 was enough. After all says "Admnistrator Héctor"

Now I know that's not enough. I must explore Windows folder and explicity execute "as administrator" cmd.exe (in this case) AND register the famous OCX.

I still don't know if it works when I generate installation but at this time in the night I'm happy and I want to go to sleep so.

Perhaps You thought I knew about this. I must say "I only know I know nothing"
