Hi Again,

I am trying to implement the GZipStream method to create a Zip file of a text file. But after the Zip is created, WinZip claims it is invalid and will not open it. I can open it with WinRAR viewer. And when I do, the compressed file inside does not have a filename extension.

Has anyone used this method? Do you know how to create a proper Zip file? Are there any (free) alternatives to GZipStream?
