I have a weird behavior on localization. This is the case since I move to Windows 7 and VS 2010. So, I cannot tell which one is a factor.

Basically, I compile my project and I see that the Web site displays my dollar values with a dot. This is what I want. However, after a few compile, I see a comma. So, the setting in Windows is no longer taken. Anyone has seen this strange behavior?
