If that is the case why not create a simple self extracting zip exe using your favorite zip utility?

In regards to Inno, don't be too quick to judge it, like all things powerful, it will cut both ways, power and with power it's complexities. Just out in the beta, you will have to contact them for a link, check out http://kernow-software.co.uk/innoide/ or you can use ISTool for creating the script, why bother with so much text when you have a visual GUI to make things easier for you.
