You were involved in the operations, so I guess people just do what you do, play the devil's advocate, and nudge you for one more opinion. Also, in that advocacy game, you often do just what I do when I'm inserting a joke - you do it deadpan, so one never knows if it's a play or if it's your own opinion for real.
