Not quite sure what you mean, but it sounds like what I outlined earlier. In the E-mail Addresses dialog, just add in all the SMTP addresses you want for that particular mailbox e.g.

PrimaryName@somedomain.com
SomeOtherName@somedomain.com

Any mail sent to either of those e-mail addresses will go into that user's Exchange mailbox.

The above assumes Exchange is receiving mail via SMTP.
