Hi Gang!

A strange problem just popped up in user land.

One of our clients has had a recent problem occur. When they ran our software, an error occured at the end of a POS transcation.

The error was...

"Error reading file
c:\docume~1\tommy\locals~1\temp\register.fxp."

Now, there are not any fxp files in the program.

So, why is it calling an external FXP? In a TEMP folder with MY NAME on THEIR PC ?????

Weird.....

Any help is appreciated.... this one has me stumped. By the way, they are having all kinds of corruption errors (having to reindex) due to their having Norton Enterprise on their system. Any connection?

-Update- They were also having permmision problems for the PC that had the EXE and Data on..... most could not run the program.

Thanks!
