You're right....and I agree, this is very troubling. This is why people like Newt Gingrich (and others) are trying to stop this completely by banning the use of Sharia everywhere in the U.S.

Ayn Rand used to say that the greatest threats to political and individual freedom in the U.S. will never come directly - they'll come by way of corrupting non-political premises. I think they're great truth in that.
