I have a dropdown combo that is bound to a numeric field. The rowsourcetype is a value list with numeric values (one of which is 0). I would like the dropdown to be blank unless the value is non-zero or when the control receives the focus. This is the exact behavior I thought the format property of the field would do if it was type "Z". However, it shows the zero no matter what. What can I do to show the correct format? I have about 80 of these fields, so managing a character fieldtype would be tedious at best...
