Well Gang, the time is almost here!!!

My wife, Karen wil be featured in a Mystery Diagnosis episode on the Discovery Heath channel, on Monday night at 10PM EST (August 16th 2010). (check you local cable channels for the channel in your area).

The promos have started this week, and it looks good so far.

The first 30 minutes of the show will be about Karen (the next 30 are about the 2nd disease covered in the show). It will tell her life story of her having a very difficult disease and being misdiagnosed for 38 years!!! I won't tell you the disease, but see if you can figure out what it is before they tell you on the show (you usually get about 20 minutes in before you are told what it is... a guessing game). It is a disease that less than 2000 people in the whole world have (known cases, that is). It is a disease that people with Albinism CAN have, but the odds are very much against having it. People in Puerto Rico have a much higher probability of having it, IF they have Albinism.

The show will repeat 4 times this week, then periodically repeat during this season, so you will be able to catch it sometime.


Oh... by the way.... I'm in it too......... (wink)....... watch for the good looking debonair husband......
