Another reason I've, until this week, disengaged.

My only concern here in the states is with our EPA. They're attempting to bypass the legislature and implement a CO2 regulatory scheme by fiat.

Step 1, declare CO2 a pollutant. Check!
Step 2, rewrite the Clean Air Act to accomodate Step 1

Regardless of the fact that the EPA has no constitutional authority whatsoever to rewrite legislation, they're pushing forward. This is where the fight lies. CO2 is not a pollutant and until that declaration is reversed (or the EPA dissolved-my hope for change) there is still a trmendous danger to our little remaining liberty.
