I have a VFP 5.0a application that I sell nationwide with about 400 users. Randomly I will get users who get the Windows error 'This applicaton has caused an exception 10H in module VFP500.DLL @ ...

When a users does get this error I have trouble resolving the issue. I have sent them new users disks (created by the Setup Wizard) and have them delete the VFP500.DLL and VFP5ENU.DLL files from the Windows System folder before installing the new disks. Somethimes this will help but at other times it will not make a difference. This error often comes up when printing just a few reports while other reports will work just fine.

Does anyone have any info on solving this? Many thanks in advance.
