Yes, but I'm pretty sure you will have to pay for it.


So far I have purchased InstallShield Express 2005 and InstallShield Express 2008 and while it is a very capable product, the company sucks. If you find yourself needing to upgrade, do yourself a favor and go with an open source alternative like Inno Setup.
