Two phased, instead of three - and I mean electricity. Had a nasty storm yesterday, and one of the lines is gone. Luckily, we have three (3x220V, and 380V between them, instead of your 2x110V giving 220V).

I now officially hate Virginia Credit Union which won't allow me access my money from here, because Serbia is allegedly under some sanctions, even though the web site of the gov't agency they refer to (as the source of the list of banned countries) mentions Serbia only in "sanctions revoked by GW2B in 2006". Still living on what we brought, which will suffice for a few more months.
