In my project, this Web Service was added as a Service References. When I call a method, it works. I receive back my XML. But, using this type of declaration doesn't seem to allow changing the URL. For now, I am using a test server URL. But, I need to be able to control that from a Main.ini, thus justifying to read the URL from the Main.ini and changing it programatically.
