What's your exact purpose for this e.g.

- is it for one user, or more than one/all users?
- are you concerned that a compromised computer on the internal network may be a spambot?
- do you need the contents of outgoing mails, or just info on when/to whom/from whom mail was sent?

- do you have administrative access to the Exchange server?
- has the site given you permission to monitor e-mails, and have you thought about how to limit your monitoring to only the allowed users?
- does the monitoring need to be forensic-grade i.e. is it going to be used to discipline or dismiss someone for cause?
