And for free you can go on line to Kevin's Code Magazine Baker's Dozen column :

http://code-magazine.com/Article.aspx?quickid=1008061

and get a lot of very good stuff ( you can also sign up for a year of AppDev videos at LearnDevNow.com for $100 and that includes not only all the SSIS stuff - very good - but they just added 26+ hours of WPF )

Haha, thanks very much.

Actually, part 2 of that article (as if Part 1 wasn't enough, 17 printed pages!) will hit the streets soon.

On Andy Leonard - anyone who is in a position to see Andy's presentations should definitely go. I know Andy personally and he is one of the best speakers/instructors in the industry. He can speak SSIS in his sleep, and he has a gift for making tough things easier to understand. Also, in an industry with an increasing # of a__holes and suck-ups, Andy is one of the nicest and friendliest guys around. (Actually, so am I, but you'd never know it <s>)
