To try it in windows explorer dblclick a jpg file. If no problem occurs there and file opens, procedure is same for VFP. It might be possible you have no server registered for .jpg files. If so, there are many jpeg viewers on internet.

Is it about 11:30 in HongKong or you also work hard tonight ? 04:30 here :) AFAIK you don't need another registration in VFP. Could you temporarily try to associate jpg with something else ie: InternetExplorer, Lview, Iview etc.
